Office Hours

Regular office hours vary and services are offered by appointment only. Currently all services are being offered via Telehealth/Webcam due to COVID.  General hours are as follows; Monday 9am-8pm, Tuesday-Thursday 9-4:30pm, Friday 9-6pm and Saturday 9-1pm. Please contact our office via email or phone to schedule an appointment.

To further accommodate our clients, evening and weekend hours are available on a limited basis.  Please view our services page for additional information.   

Appointments and Fees 



Initial Visit- 60-90 minutes  $400 ($350 cash rate discount when paid in full by the time of the visit)

Follow Up Visit- 30 minutes $225 ($175 cash rate discount when paid in full by the time of the visit)

Follow Up Visit 45 minutes $250 ($200 cash rate discount when paid in full by the time of the visit)

Please be aware the above fees are the cash discount/out of pocket fees. Per the contract with various insurance companies, the rates may be higher or lower than these posted. If you chose to use your insurance, the rate is dictated by them. Prior to your initial visit, we suggest you call your insurance to verify your eligibility and estimated costs. We can also provide this information to you in most cases.

Insurance

Esther Harris is in Network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Aetna PPO and United/UMR through a third party contract through Headway. Esther is also in network with Humana and Cigna PPO. 

Lisa Hengen is in Network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Aetna PPO and United/UMR through a third party contract through Headway. 

 

Melinda Edwards is in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Aetna PPO and United through a third party contract through Headway. 

 Copays and/or deductibles are due at the time of visit. If you have BCBS, Aetna or United we will only be billing through Headway which will require you to create an account and provide a payment method on file for any copays or deductibles. We will submit to your insurance on your behalf if you have a plan we are in network with. If you have an insurance that we are not in network with then we will provide you with the necessary paperwork to submit your claims out of network, however full cash rates will be due at the time of service.
